Hi, I’m Khalil Liouane
I’m a venture builder, mentor, and all-around believer in the transformative power of entrepreneurship. Over the past seven years, I’ve worked with more than 160 startups and partnered with 15 incubators and accelerators to guide ventures from raw ideas to impactful enterprises.
When I’m not focused on venture building, you’ll find me speaking at conferences and workshops, sharing insights on innovation, ecosystem development, and what it really takes to thrive as an entrepreneur in Africa.

My mission is simple—to inspire and equip the next generation of African entrepreneurs.
Faithful to My Roots
Born and raised in Tunisia, I grew up in a middle-class family where new technology didn’t just appear overnight.
Here’s how it went:
- The wealthier folks got it first.
- The upper-middle class adopted it next.
- Eventually, it trickled down to the rest of us.
That trickle-down tech experience wasn’t just an observation. It was a lesson.
It taught me how to make the most of what we had, how to work with constraints, and how to think critically about what’s really valuable.
While I didn’t know it then, it was the perfect training ground for navigating Africa’s entrepreneurial landscape.
Today, that same perspective drives my work.
I’m here to help African entrepreneurs not rush for the next shiny thing but instead build from what’s already there—with care, strategy, and intention.
